Episode 50: The magic formula for taking your team to a new level

Episode 50: The magic formula for taking your team to a new level

December 7, 2020

Want to take your leadership to a new level.

We all know that a grateful attitude is good for our health.

But did you know you can make it a game-changer in your leadership?

You can take your team to a new level.

But, I must caution you, it takes effort and intentionality.

Some leaders, when they hear that gratitude can be a game-changer, think, “I already know that and do that.”

And yet they are almost always deceived.

First, you and I do not express gratitude as often as we think we do.

And when we do, it’s sporadic and too casual, too impersonal to be memorable.

For most, if we asked a leader, “How often do you express genuine gratitude towards your team?” and then asked their team, “How often does your boss express genuine gratitude?” the answers would be drastically different.

Let’s be honest, if your gratitude isn’t memorable, it's not effective.

Fortunately, there’s a simple way to make this game-changer work for you and your team.

Here’s “The magic formula for taking your team to a new level.”

Are you ready? Let’s dive in.
